Ferb and Lubar

Ian Lubar and Joey Ferber join forces to make up the guitar-playing, song-singing duo, “Ferb & Lubar.” Together, “Ferb & Lubar” accompany each other’s original music, blending tasteful guitar work and vocal harmonies. Both established guitarists and songwriters in their own right, the two artists weave with one another on stage, showcasing a curiosity, trust and willingness to experiment that makes the duo a rare match and a joy to watch. 

Independently, Ferber and Lubar have spent years as staple players for some of St. Louis’ most creative acts. Together their resumes include playing for artists such as Blvck Spvde and the Cosmos, Tristano, LOOPRAT, Farshid Etniko, Brothers Lazaroff and Mt. Thelonius to name a few. This new duo project gives both Ian Lubar and Joey Ferber the unique opportunity to highlight their range of skills as accompanying musicians and frontmen simultaneously.
