As we begin celebrating Mardi Gras, New Orleans based pianist, Kris Tokarski returns to The Focal Point. Kris specializes in the early jazz piano styles from New Orleans through the Harlem Stride pianists and swing era. He’ll be featuring the music of Jelly Roll Morton and the early pioneers of the New Orleans piano tradition for us this Mardi Gras weekend.
